Big? Small? Not right for you? If you’re not completely satisfied, or simply just changed your mind, you can return your products anytime. Forget about 14 or 30 days policy. Literally ANYTIME!
You can return any product as long as it is in an unused and in re-saleable condition. If your merchandise is found to be used or un-saleable, we may refuse to refund or exchange your items, or offer a refund in form of a store credit.
You may only cancel/replace an order if the package was opened under these conditions:
We have sent you the wrong order.
The merchandise has a defect.
The merchandise was damaged because of or during shipping.
The merchandise was tampered with, by someone other than the client or his/her representatives.
To make it easy for you to return it back to us, give us a call or drop us an email or whatsapp us and our team will pick it up as soon as possible. In case we are using third parties services we may provide you with a prepaid return label or send you a scannable QR code, making it effortless to return your items, preferably in their original packaging.
We will refund you by the same method as your original payment or any other way mutually agreed, which typically takes 10-45 days from receipt of your returned item, depending on the procedures of the issuing bank.
Please note the aforementioned policy is applicable only if the purchases done through our website or application and not through any other retailers, vendors or third parties. However, if you are facing any issues with them, please let us know and will attempt to solve it as a way of cooperating with our clients.
